The proof is in the pudding. Highly recommend every person reads this with an open mind. The book isn't perfect, as scientific research is still laking in some areas, but if you try giving up wheat, you'll be convinced. After about a month and a half off of wheat, I'm down 10 pounds and don't feel like shit. When a bit of wheat does slip in unbeknownst, I can almost instantly tell. Hot flashes, achy joints/back, and headache are tell tale signs. Might be placebo effect, aside from the times when I didn't know I was eating wheat, and only discovered I had after I started feeling like shit again.
