How God Became King: The Forgotten Story of the Gospels
The actual content and message of this book is outstanding, a message that every Christian should hear. Unfortunately, the execution of the book is quite laborious. It is meant to be a popular read for the non-scholar, but it fails at being engaging in the way a best seller would. Not every book has to be a best seller, but I definitely had to force myself to finish. Don't really know what to rate it, since it was an interesting read, aside from the fact that it was a chore to get through.
