The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Not sure what to think of this one. I found the satire to be amusing most of the time, but it lacked any semblance of solid characters or story. It functioned well as a vehicle for (admittedly enjoyable) witty asides and quickly tiresome dialog troupes, but not much else.
